Terms & Conditions
The terms governing membership and use of this website.
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern your membership of, and use of the website operated by, UK Pakistan Chamber of Commerce & Industry. By registering for an account or membership you agree to these terms.
1. Membership
Individual membership is free. Business membership is offered in paid tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum and Overseas), each running for 12 months from the date of activation. Fees are shown before payment and may be varied for future renewals. Membership is non-transferable.
2. Payments & renewals
Business membership and featured-ad payments are processed securely by Stripe. Membership does not renew automatically — we will remind you before expiry, and you may renew any tier. If a membership lapses, the business listing is removed from public view until renewed.
3. Refunds
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a certificate has been issued and the listing is live. If you believe a payment was taken in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will review it fairly.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
- Keep your password secure and do not share your account.
- Ensure any business details, listings, adverts or content you submit are lawful, accurate and not misleading, and that you have the right to publish them.
- Do not post content that is unlawful, offensive, infringing or harmful.
5. Content & moderation
We may edit, decline or remove any listing, advert or content that breaches these terms or that we consider inappropriate, without notice. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a licence to display it in connection with the Chamber's services.
6. Directory & certificates
Membership certificates confirm active membership for their stated period only. A certificate does not constitute an endorsement, accreditation or guarantee of any member's products or services by the Chamber.
7. Liability
The website and directory are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from dealings between members or from reliance on directory listings. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Privacy
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
